The boat line had a fleet of trucks that
they would use to transfer freight to the
island instead of loading and unloading.
The Gray Marine engine is bound for
the marina on the island. Each model
has a lot of TLC put into it. I opened
up the grille on this model by using a
Dremel tool and grinding away the
backside until all the slots were
opened.
1950 Chevrolet pickup uses a
resin conversion to create a
1955 Series 1 pickup.
The spare tire is mounted on
the left side of the box
instead of under the body.
This 1955 GMC started out as a
Chevy panel truck. I used the resin
GMC conversion to convert it.
I added a complete interior
and a 4 wheel drive system.
This is a diecast 57 1/2 ton
pickup. I am in the process
of building a horse trailer to
go behind it.
1959 El Camino built
from an original kit.

This is the second
GMC in my collection.

This promo was created by
adding a stepside body
to the extra cab.

This started out as a Tahoe
4 door promo.I shortened it.
Added real wood to the
sides and photoetch grille.
Put the exhaust thru the rear body
pan, added custom license plates.
and didn't have time
to build an interior!
I don't have too many slammers
in my collection but this is one.

If I could drive anything in the
Woodward dream cruise this
would be it.
I cut the side scallops from a
58 Corvette and put them
in the 55 body.
I added a 283 Fuelie motor, a 4 speed
and 4 bucket seats. I call it a Z55.
This Bel Air started out
life as a 2 door sedan.
All it needed was a razor saw!
This si another 55 Bel Air with
all of the trim removed and
so Fred's decals.

I built this Black Widow many
years ago from a resin body.
I finished it off with
the correct decals.
I very much like these pre-painted
bodies. Just add some bare-metal.

I built this Impala wagon from the origianl
Lindbergh kit this was too rounded.
I used the back half of the wagon body
to complete the conversion. Check out
the woodgrain inside the side chrome.
How about a box stock
66 Nova with the 327/360 engine.

This Camaro was built before
bare-metal. How old is that?

Box stock Chevelle with a big block. I
remember getting in a drag race with one
of these. I got a fender out on him and
he couldn't catch me. (We weren't on
the street.)

This is one of my favorite Chelelle's
with blue paint and a black vinyl
roof made from masking tape.

Another pre-painted Chevelle
turned into a mean racing machine.

1959 resin Brookwood wagon
with my little fishing boat.
